Was very excited to try out this game, but was disappointed in the end. Baby fish died so fast couldnt buy anything to figure out the problem. Would be great to be able to pick how much money to start with. That way one can make it as challenging as one wants.

My fish age over 100 years in half a second fix it please

Well, since so many of you dont get how to keep youre fish alive Im gunna answer a few questions. 1. (People need sleep but my fish die over night) Thats why you can stop the game time in the options menu. 2. (My fish die as soon as their born) At the start they wont die but after you breed them a few times the fish will get more rare and more fragile at first they will die around age 5, to stop this get environmental research, at level 2 they will still die but it will be at age 19-21 so try and sell them if not just w8 until you get to level 3. (My fish are only worth 1-10 dollars how do I make more money) I found the best way to make money at the start is to breed the first magic fish with the orange and black striped fish, it will make a purple fish, set its price to 30 and then breed them with each other until you have a good environmental research level to get better fish. And dont sell youre magic fish it doesnt die of old age. Fish last a lot longer then 100 (age) so dont sell them.

I enjoy it but takes forever to create, grow and sell fish make money. Being able to buy credits would b cool too.

This is a great game. I love that there are no notifications for anything , or anything extra you have to use real money for. If it did, you would have to be online to play it. I can play this game anytime, anywhere without internet. Wonderful! And the game is more realistic because you have to keep a close eye on your fish. Sure the game starts out slow, but how fun would it be if everything was instant? This is a GREAT reality game for anyone who really loves fish, but dont (or do ) have the real thing. LOVE IT!

This game is a huge disappointment compared to this developers Virtual Families game. Unless you really, really love fish, I wouldnt bother buying this game. Supplies (medicine, tank filter, etc.) are extremely expensive to buy, yet the average selling price of a fish is $4. Rare fish sell for a higher price, but are very difficult to come by. This is also an incredibly boring game - theres nothing to do but watch the fish swim aimlessly around the aquarium. And if you dont constantly play the game (which I didnt, because it was so boring), youll come back to find most of your fish (baby & adult alike) have died, and then you have to start all over again. If you want a good game from Last Day of Work, I recommend their Virtual Families game instead.

I have enjoyed Fish Tycoon since its first release and have had the paid for version for over a year. I am not sure what this update provides but I was disappointed when I installed it and it wiped out my long-saved game with magic fish, all levels completed, etc. Having to start from scratch again, I would hesitate installing it over your existing game if that matters to you.

The free version is clear, and the purchased one is blurred. I am upset with this purchase. Can this be fixed.

I followed the link from the free version and bought the full version. I thought it was an IPad version, but it turned out to be the IPhone one. I want a refund!

I bought this app some time ago on my iPhone 3G. It looked fine then, but now on my iPhone 4, its very blurry. The anti-alias on the interface is very thick and very noticeable, so its difficult to tell if my fish are sick, or to read anything on the screen. Please update to retina graphics.

It hurts my eyes and I can barely read it, please fix it :)

Ive had this game a while... I always keep wanting to play, but because its so blurry I just cant. It hurts my eyes. Could this please be fixed? Would be much appreciated!

The game has potential but the text is hard to read. Not sure if this is because built for non retina display. I would rate higher if clearer. Good start though

Very bad image and verry borry game

I absolutely love this game! It was my first app purchase and Ive played through it several times. Love that you can turn it off if you want or need to. Very well done, I appreciate that its not super cartoony like a lot of other similar apps. However I do agree with everyone else thats saying its blurry. That really spoils it and I would be thrilled to see that fixed! Overall, I really like this and would recommend it to anyone!

I really want to enjoy this game, but I find I cant keep up to feeding the babies, even when the game is on half speed, and if course the babies dont grow if the game is paused. I have a job and a life lol so it would be nice if you could pop in a feed maybe two or three times a day and have it be enough. Gets pretty tiring to have to be running to the app every twenty mins so your fry dont die! but otherwise I love the concept! *note* the cruel irony is that in the time it took to write this review I missed a feeding and all my fry died...

If I could give this a half star I would! I like this game but I feel like it takes too long for them to grow plus my fish keep dying and I guess it is cause I havent researched environment but how can I when I can barely get enough fish to sell? AHHH!!

But a great game. Complainers, please note that this is a game that requires dedication and grinding. Yes, grinding; youll have to do your best to mass breed at first. I love this game, the atmosphere, and the challenge. My only complaint is that a bit of the text is too small.
